I've kept up reading but have really slowed down and started kind splintering into reading like 3 books at once again, I might re-do a reading one for the next 4 weeks with money on it. Just of focusing on 1 book at a time and making some progress on it per day.

These nutritional and training books are SO MUCH what I needed right now at my level of experience with training and weight loss, so many great topics and I've only started getting into the nutritional book. Tell you more about them later today

Little bit of a slow week of reading between traveling and bday but getting back to it today for sure. Next 2 books are the nutrition/diet books I've been wanting to read:

They're fairly short so hopefully be finished with them by next week when we meet up and I'll have some diet/exercise goals to reset and achieve for the next 4 weeks.

Rework is finished but def a book I will re-read sometime in the future when I start doing business shit on the side.

Next 2 books I'm gonna do are the Weight Training & Nutritional Pyramid books, get some knowledge on training routines and what I will be doing with my diet in the future.

Still working through programming book at work, on Chapter 4 almost done with part 1 of the book.
