Learned about following up and having indifference is bad and gets you losing clients. Learned about shouting. Having boring and weak message instead of getting into customers fears and dreams. And writing that. Writing with enthusiasm and conversation instead of professionalism and fact. Making things fun, extraordinary and grandiose instead of boring and timid and unordinary. And lastly continue to shout with a weak message. |
