I've exercised almost every day this week, whether it was walking, jogging, or weightlifting. This trip has been an excellent opportunity for that!

Yes, I've been working out at the gym and doing a lot of walking as well. But I need to get back to running again! I'll have to take up a collection for a pair of shoes.
