Still battling with the portion sizes. I also need to get more protein in which I think will help to reduce my portions

I've tried to reduce my portions but I'm not there yet. Also haven't been consistent with the no carbs. I must have a better breakfast to see me through the day.

I need to drastically reduce my portion size and get to the gym. My vitality assessment says I'm overweight and unfit. I was feeling so good about myself. I know there need to be changes but I didn't think it was so bad. I could sob ?
