| #1 again. I'm fighting to liberate myself from addiction. Giving up would be depressing. I think I lost some of the momentum I had before. I think I need to force myself to take some time to reread past posts etc. to remember what I'm doing. | |

| Hopefully will Skype soon and update the plan a bit I guess. I expect the enemy will try to distract me with temptation whenever my mind wanders and if I'm wavering on going to the gym or going home to relax. I should probably spend more time thinking about my values and what is most important to me | |
