Commitment Journal what's this

12 Feb 2010 01:32 PM

I failed. I blame it on my former roommates, who ordered wings and nothing else for the superbowl.

22 Jan 2010 05:29 PM

I did it. But should I develop policy that says if your roommate cooks pasta with scallops and there's leftovers, I should be allowed to eat them?

18 Jan 2010 01:00 AM

For the protein problem, I usually go for eating a few eggs, though I'm not 100% sure it's a sufficient source (are eggs allowed?). Tofu will also start tasting pretty good here soon.

One tuna fish sandwhich, which is allowed under the complex terms of the agreement. it tasted good.

8 Jan 2010 04:50 PM

Total success! Hardly craved meat at all. Do think I might need a plan to ensure sufficient protein intake, however...

Yay! Good for you! I promise, it's seriously easier than it sounds, and once you've done it for a month or so, you don't even miss meat.
