I commit to being less angry about the past: specifically 1: My past girlfriend, Julia. 2: Events that occurred in my childhood and teenage years including being bullied and ostracised by other kids, or being abused by them, or being abused in the scouts. 3: Anger over being abused by my father. 4: Anger about past failures with women. 5: Anger about past jobs including work in the Stephen’s green, Slieve Russell hotel, Newland’s garden centre, the Fitzwilliam Museum, and Dalkey castle.
