Going to the gym first thing in the morning at least 5 times a week to do the Bigger, Leaner, Stronger workout and follow the diet I create for myself until I reach 13 percent body fat.

Haven't missed a gym day. Still counting all my calories and staying around 1800. Still can't see a difference though. | |
