conscious decision to eat sweets for 3 days. worth it? yes.

easier this week. but still had to remember what to stay away from, particularly on sunday (weekend, hungover etc). i think peanut butter may be a problem. won't buy it once this jar runs out.

It continues to be really hard. I have dream about eating sweets. i'm feeling like i don't know how i'll keep this up for 12 weeks
