I am commiting to running at least 6 miles every week in January and February. I am commiting to doing my core workout tapes at least 5 times per week those two first months of the Year. i commit to running 8 miles per week for the month of March and doing the core workout 5 times a week.

I made it the last and final week for this commitment, did 9 miles and my 5 core workouts. My 5K was moved from today up to April 24th, good thing since I have a nasty cold and cough.

I made it again and this week I am feeling so much better. I wa able to get the core done and ran 8.75 miles, wanted to take it easy and not overdo it since my injury is finally feeling good.

I made my goal this week adn feel great, I was able to run 10 miles this week adn my leg is feeling fine. got my core workouts in as well, yeah for me.....

I made it this week and that is a miracle since I got a leg injury. I did my 5 core workouts adn ran 9.25 miles at a very slow speed but better than noting at all, feeling better and hopefully next week will be better.

I did it agin this week made my 5 core workouts as well as on 30 minute session on the elliptical. 10.3 miles of running not as much as I wanted due to muscle pain in my left calf the middle of the week but still a good week.

I made it this week and ran 12 miles and did my 5 core workouts as well as a new DVD with Jillian Michaels. I am feeling great and on track again and need to get more running in next week to be ready for my 5K race at the end of March :)

I am sorry to report I was not able to run at all this week. I am so bummed this weather and not having a treadmill was a diaster for me. I did all five coreworkouts though so half of my commitment was filled but I will make up the missed running from last week this week starting today.

I was close to not making it this week but I did pull through at the last minute. I ran 11.22 miles and did my 5 core workouts and fell great.......

I made my Goal for this week as well and ran 12.5 miles and did the core workout 5 times this week. Still feeling great and will continue with my workout and running program.....

I had my third great week and ran 14.5 miles and did my 5 cre workouts and feel great. I am now on my way to week 4 and it is going to be a great one as well, I love this program.:)
