"Diet and Exercising and friendships" I commit to:
I commit to watching what I eat. I want to eat healthier and I want to continue my exercise routine and add to my exercise routine. I commit to going to church every other week. At that time I will do inventory for the church and go to church service.

Have you tried using a site like www.mydailyplate.com for 3 days to track your food and exercise to see how you are doing? You are doing a great job and are really stickking to it!
