| A really good week. I practiced Avery day except for Friday which was a rest day. I went to Mysore on Tuesday and Wednesday and practiced to bhujapidasana on Thursday in my self practice. A good week ? | |

| Took my rest day last Saturday, in future I plan to rest on Fridays. Practice was still a struggle but I did go to Mysore class on Tuesday and did try to go on Wednesday but was sick so couldn't. | |
