Back on track - down 3 this week! Cleaning out closets burns calories as well as creating open space!

Sadly, I could never quite get on track this last week, and ended with a gain of 2. However, this is just a little hiccup, and I am rededicating myself to the chase this week!

I seem to have moved into somewhat of an easy phase where making the right choices seems easier. Just went through two birthdays (mine and my brother's) and so far I'm down two pounds. The big challenge will be Wednesday, when we go out to eat and I'm not making any sacrifices for that meal. Therefore, it's important to "bank" as much weight as possible beforehand...

The best thing about the new scale is that I really feel like the things I'm doing have a physical effect, not just random digital numbers flipping back and forth. I know that I am making a real change, not just some random electron deciding what I did.

Yeah - down 2 this week - my calories were actually TOO low on Friday and Saturday, but I was worried about making it this week. Next week - into the teens!! Current weight: 320!
