Back from the Gym... Feels good to be back on a regular schedule. I know if I can keep it up for two weeks it will grab me and I wont want to miss a day.. feels sooo good when I finish :-)

Going good so far.. Weekend is coming! Pushing for a Clean weekend.. eat right.. low beverage intake... and at least ONE day of exercise
