1. Eat healthy meals that satisfy me. 2. Exercise regularly and with vigor. 3. Not eat in excess, a.k.a. gorge myself disgustingly. 4. Take time to enjoy the food I eat and be thankful that God has provided it for me. 5. Become more fit and be able to eventually run multiple miles easily.

I did pretty good at first but then the weekend/my birthday came and I definitely splurged, to say the least. I'm back on track today and working out. Hopefully this week is a good week.

I have not done well this month. I am starting February with hopes that I can still make these changes. I think I can. January was just a hard month for me, I started a new job. I did really well at first but once I started school i was so busy it was hard to fit workouts in. I also was low on money so I haven't been able to have a successful healthy shopping trip yet. My roommates also derail my goals by tempting me with pizza and other goodies they keep in the pantry. I need to be more self-motivated and not submit to those temptations.
