1) EXERCISE 5X A WEEK. 2) EAT REAL FOOD, MOSTLY PLANTS, NOT TOO MUCH. 3) GET TO MY HAPPY WEIGHT AND STAY THERE. 4) COOK HEALTHY MEAL FOR THE FAMILY. 5) READ THE BROTHERS K. 6) BUY LESS STUFF: SAVE MONEY. 7) FINISH THE PORCH. 8) BE MORE EFFIECIENT AT WORK. 9) GET A MANDOLIN. 10) BE NICER AND MORE THOUGHTFUL.
I love you Sara! After 10 days of eating very pure and getting to the gym (i.e. detox from spring break) I admit I do feel awesome. Feel... not look. but perhaps there is hope.

Ok, OK - I am reporting that I skiied in Tahoe last week so that should count as a weekds worth of going to the gym! I did just OK on the diet part. AS far as the rest - just pluggin along without much to report. Back to the gym this week!
