Eating more veggies
Eating more fruit
Drinking no less than 1 liter of water per day
30 minutes of moderate exercise daily
Spending no less than 10 minute each day in meditation and prayer
Didn't lose anything but I didn't gain either so I'm happy. Energy is great and I'm walking more so life is good!

Holding steady at 22lbs lost! Had a brief encounter with a plate of turkey pot roast but it was sooooo good I don't regret it one bit!

I'm plugging right along..dropped another three pounds to bring my total to ((((15 pounds))) since Feb 1, 2010!! My energy, my mood, my disposition...all ARE GREAT and I really feel this will be my last challenge with weight! Amazing!!

I have finally gotten myself on track! Drinking lots of water and upped my veggies and lean protein!
