Two workouts this week, I'll call it a success. It's been tough keeping up.. I just got a contract on a new fixer-upper -- that will keep me busy for awhile..

I'm going to count this week as a success. Only 2 workouts this week, but I did bench #185. I guess I peaked early -- mission accomplished! But I'll continue the workouts for the 3 months, and see how high I can go. And I may need to add another stickk, for losing weight..

This week was a fail. My renters were robbed, and I got sick. Only one workout for the week!

ok, I'm close to 1/2 there. I'm still getting my 3 workouts in. Yesterday, barely. I got there 30 minutes before close. I benched #170 on machine.

I'll count this week as a success, but it wasn't perfect. I missed my Saturday workout, and just did a little weights on Sunday. I did jog 3 miles on Sunday, and I was back in the gym on Monday. Still at #165 on bench, but increased weight on incline and decline. Back is sore today!

Still on track, at 3 workouts / week. Saturday I benched #165. not too bad..

Still on track with workouts. I had to do arms/shoulders at home late yesterday, but it was OK, I have enough weights. And I'm up to #155 on bench press.

This week was OK. Switched to a new program with 3 different rotating workouts. It includes some free weights, too. I did one set of #135 bench press.
