I was successful.I did loose 2 lbs. I just did not submit my report on time due to going back to work on the 15th.

I lost my pedometer. It came off during my many travels. I am continuing to be avtive and hopefully fulfill my goal. I am pretty stressed right now. This, too, shall pass.

I have been really active with rehanging curtains, deco painting my coffee taable and anything else i can find to do. I hope to keep increasing my activity on a daily basis to increase my health and decrease my weight.

I am getting more activity and wearing my ped but still gained weight.
