"Eating Habits" I commit to:
Eat only when physically hungry, and only until physical hunger abates (i.e. not until full). Limit cheese to once per week. Limit sweets to one per week. Drink 8 cups water per day. Take multivitamin daily. Take flax or algae oil daily. Greek yogurt daily, may skip infrequently (e.g. when traveling).
