Went for a walk twice in one day--Went for a bike ride 2 days in a row, & played soccor/catch in the backyard--Worked out doing strength training on Sunday!

I've been eating out to much, but have made a packed to stop doing so, and to start working out more intensely if I can.

2 Days of Indoor Exercise, & 2 Days of Walking Exercise.

Worked out Monday through Wednesday! Did arm, ab, and leg exercises each day. I hope to do the same, or more this next week.

I didn't work out, I ate badly as well, but this next week will be different!

Didn't go for walks or do any awesome work out videos. I did do upper body exercises regularly (everyday) though.

I went for a walk 4 days in a row, and did arm exercised, I ate healthy, felt good, and built a little endurance in my legs!
