I'm counting snowboarding as 2 workouts...haha but also worked out on Monday and Wednesday. Morning workouts are getting more and more difficult, for some reason...

Snowboarding was insane yesterday got to the mountain at about 8:15 and there was NO ONE THERE! We probably made at least 15 runs and I got pretty sunburned and I'm extremely sore and exhausted right now but feel GREAT! Can't wait for the next trip! :)

Went to a Zumba class on Friday, worked out Monday morning, Tuesday morning and attempted to work out this morning but only made it 10 minutes...pretty exhausted! Snowboarding for 8 hours tomorrow = a week's worth of working out??

Didn't hit the gym as much as I'd like - but we went on Friday morning, danced at a party for 1.5 hours on Saturday and hit the gym on Monday morning.

Began going to the gym at 5am before work - went Thursday, Monday, Tuesday :) Extremely sore but I feel great! Skipped the gym this morning but may head out for a run after work.

Ate fast food yesterday to try and help cure a hangover - WORST idea EVER! I didn't even crave it and regretted it after I ate it and all I wanted to eat was fruit and water for the rest of the day. Getting up to work out this morning was difficult but I pushed myself. Only did 10 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike and some machines not my toughest workout but I've been nothing short of exhausted the past few days so even that was a stretch.

Woke up at 4:45 this morning and went to the gym with Madeline - ran for the first time in ages and could only do about a half mile running without having to slow down, but I'm determined to run my first 5k this year - the Los Angeles MudRun in August, so no time like the present to start training! We rode bikes for about 10 minutes and did minimal weight training and had an Isagenix smoothie with nectarine for bfast
