"2 Hours Per Week to the Youth Dreamers" I commit to:
Every time I show up to a Youth Dreamers board meeting, I think about all the things I could do to help the organization. Then a month goes by and not contributed as much as I want to. Goal is contribute an average of two hours per week, including board meetings. I'll try to use that time to be proactive in my contributions, helping with the treasurer role and identifying legal problems and obtaining help from pro bono attorneys (as a board member I'm conflicted out.
And you were a cracker-jack supporter of my own Stickk efforts.

You are welcome. You did a good job and I hope learned a few things about your own staying power. Lets hope we see you Stickk-ing on some time in the future.

well this was an interesting experiment at least. i think i did contribute some assistance in terms of time and money to the youth dreamers this year which is good. i'm starting out this new year year with very little in the way of planned activities outside of work (besides family time). That is good, too. Thanks to Bowhowdy for the words of encouragement along the way.

I sent a note to the mayor about the youth dreamers and encouraged the young man who is leading them to follow up on a networking lead he generated thru me.
