I commit to prioritizing the planning of my South Africa study abroad including filling out the application, scholarship paperwork, and setting aside funds for the trip.
I went to get my passport pic last week and am working on sending off my paperwork today/tomorrow!

i'm not sure why i'm saying yes...it's not a no, but it's not a yes, since it's an ongoing goal and all. i'm reconsidering when i'm going to sa, but i just seriously need to commit to something.

Scholarship still unavailable.
And a bit of bad news. The only program open in South Africa is Direct, which means it will be about $10,000 and only some of my school funds will count (about $2,500). That means I need to be applying for many scholarships. While I'm a bit discouraged that I cannot do the exchange program, I am not going to give up.
