Decided:
Let go of pork, milk and baked chips.
Add more salads, and at least one more organic thing

Thinking about which items to do here. Already in the last two years I have quit eating: fried food, soda, added salt, butter, and cheese at home other than our 'appetizer dinners' and occasional cream cheese on my bagels.

I have added: soy milk, organic fruits and veggies and sugar, and Greek yogurt. Organic cereal when we have it.

So, for this commitment, I am thinking of either pork or all dairy as items to let go of, and adding more salads.
