I have been faithfully going to the gym to workout and have been keeping a steady diet of high protein, low carb meals.

workout continues, more protein rich foods, little of carbs, absolutely less fat to almost no fat foods, more running and jogging.

I have been low calorie, high protein foods such as fish and white meat. I have been exercising and sleeping at least six hours a day.

All healthy foods this week. Went swimming and jogging. Kept my cardio exercises daily.

Aside from regularly working out, I've started swimming every so often as part of my exercises.
