need to eat more fruits and veggies, slow down when i eat. chewing gum (for short periods of time) helps. Avoid that bread basket at restaurants and eat only 1/2 portion.

eating out is tough! avoiding bread, chips is equally tough! chewing gum helps - and having veggies to stuff into my mouth (sad to say) helps!
