School has really taken over but I remain consistent w/healty foods and its working!

started school and on fast pace but eating right has helped

Had a very difficult time finding time to exercise but due to changes in diet was still able to maintain weight loss

started strength training as well as cardio. tough week

started work-out journal tracking calories burned and miles run but longest Ive done that is a week so hoping to go longer
