Do numbers 1-4 and the bulleted points below them. Everything is mandatory and if I fail to do anything, I have to forfeit all the money for that week. The bulleted points in italics are not required or quantifiable but you should always aim to do them anyways. If you need to add something you can, but no deleting commitments unless they are completed.
