One small dessert per week (cookies, candy except for small hard candies, muffins, cake and pies, ice cream, brownies, chocolate, full calorie sodas and the like). Max quarter cup dried fruit/nuts combination per day. Follow meal plan 5 days per week. Raise heart rate to target zone for 30 minutes, five days per week. Complete the next stick the moment this one expires.

And I didn't even have a dessert this week. If I would have remembered that my stickk was over today, I would have. I also exercised six days this week. Now onward...
