Okay. This Stickk thing isn't working as either of us planned. I think we both see that. The main thing that needs to happen regarding your health is that you need to go to the gym at least once or twice more in a week than you do now. I understand that you do have self-defense and ballroom for exercise, but, unfortunately (and I think you can agree with me on this) this isn't going to be enough to see considerable weight loss. You HAVE gotten better about your eating habits, not only so far this year, but ever since you started college. I do see that, and I want you to know that. You have started to go to counseling, which is helping also. What needs to happen, now, is for you to bring everything together as one, and begin having that healthier life that you , I and everyone else who cares about you wants to see you accomplish. I love you very much, Katelyn.
My fast today will hopefully teach me a thing or two about my own eating habits and put me on a path towards a more productive and healthy lifestyle. I hope to start going back to the gym, myself. I would like it if we could come up with a time when we could work out together. We can be there for each other to push each other along and it would be a good way for us to spend time together. I know I'm not perfect when it comes to dealing with your weight loss, but I'm trying. I hope this constructive criticism isn't too harsh, but also not too soft. Please let me know how you feel about my message.

I'm getting better! I found physical activity in powderpuff, although I'm glad its over : Ready to eat good this week! Goal this week: drink more water!!

I agree that you are getting better with that. I've seen that recently. You're doing fine, love. The next step in this is to start making what you eat healthier (less calories) so that when you do eat less, like you are, your body will catch up to itself and begin to burn the excess fat. Also, when we start going to the gym on a regular basis again, you will notice a big difference on weight loss, i guarantee it!! I love you!!!!!!
