Dear Prof. Ayres,
I have been heartily enjoying your book Carrots and Sticks on my ipod, often during my morning walk, which itself is a good habit helped along by Stickk. Two thoughts: (1) there is an increasing movement toward "self-accountin g" on the web. See "Moodscope" ; and "SkinnyR" for examples of sites that let people visually graph their progress in self "improvement.&q uot; (2)I was fascinated by the section of your book on ego depletion, and Ben Franklin's hard won appreciation of that reality. It is also fascinating to think about the role glucose body chemistry might play in that phenomenon. Best regards, Carl
