Well.....uhm, don't be too proud. I have modified my committment goal so that I could actually maintain it. So, basically I make sure I walk at work at least 3 days a week and then bike, walk longer walks, or do my Dance Dance Revolution (thanks to Mom and Dad) on my wii on a couple other days a week. I figure I should be getting myself ready for this 60 mile walk so have stuck to the walking/aerobic exercise for now. Maybe that's cheating? Thanks for the support!! Page 1 of 1 (1 total entries) |
