On the weight thing -- Down to the hard part. Even goin for .3 lbs per week is tougher now.
I hope this site is as helpful to you as it is for me. NO PROGRESS WITHOUT IT for me I believe.

Hi Charles, thanks for the encouragement. No, my scale is not that accurate, but I hated to miss my goal by .05 pounds!
