Hi Bob. There's a book that enlightened me about time management, Kenneth Atchity's A Writer's Time. It has a chapter on nonfiction, which taught me how to write A LOT, even if the stuff is terrible at first. Then, the rewrites. Try it maybe. And Peter Elbow is also quite eye-opening about the writing process.

Hi grabriella. I know how hard it is to write when you're teaching. I've never had much luck at it. Maybe you could carve out an hour or two somewhere in your week just to stay engaged in it.
