Yes, too many notes: sticker or commitment. Not sure why there are 2 areas to post. OK, I'll report with more info next week in commitment?

Does this say 186? Wow, that's a lot! So this week may be rougher, but you'll still have success if you continue to work hard like you have. Later, please write something in the commitment journal about the week, what worked and didn't worked, etc., and what you will do about it (such as planning what to eat in advance).

I will not eat while reading or watching TV. I will eat breakfast each day. I will only snack on non-sugar based foods/ and low carb foods such as dark chocolate. I will drink more red wine and less alcohol.
