Okay well I can't believe I missed two weeks of reporting. I've failed in the exercise arena but still okay on losing, but have been slacking the last couple of days.

Morning! I am setting new goals for myself for October. They will be to get in exercise atleast 3 times a week. I am getting the eating down and can do better if I move and get exercise it. This time last year is where I was failing so I have got to do this.
