Only walked on treadmill on Sunday Monday, Tuesday and Thursday last week.

Walked 1/2 mile on treadmill stretched prior, 3 sets of 10 knee pushups, 3 sets of 10 leg raises, 2 sets 10 dumbbell curls triceps curls and press on each arm only 5 reps twice on left arm
