Dainele commits to:
1. End of day journaling -with the questions - what was my primary state of being today? /What is one thing I can do tomorrow to cultivate the state of being I really want to be in?
2. Every morning before I start my work- go back and look at my journal and what I want to focus on today and meditate at least 10min on my vision and my dream. 3. Do one thing that fills me up - a walk, listen to music I love, call a friend, etc.
