Enhancing my health and changing things in my life. I was successful last month, but I think I sacrificed too much sleep to meet my gym goals. Stress is more easily noticeable physically so I have to sleep more, but still get to the gym either at 6 or after I take Noah. Listen to my old body.

I said “yes”, but in reality I have had a difficult two to three weeks and more. Most times only four to six hours sleep. I finally got back to the gym and getting my mind back to where it has to be.

I have had some success, but I got bogged down in anger and stress. Lots changed this week and I wish I had controlled myself better. I wish my wife was more willing to listen to my concerns before changing things up quickly. Things we both need to work on.
