I've adjusted the number of steps from 6000 to 3500. It is still a challenge, but more achievable than 6k. I see myself reaching the new goal more often, which keeps me motivated and moving forward. |

I can feel a difference in my attitude, confidence, and fatigue level just because I have been moving more. I keep it low impact, but I am not sitting at my desk day in and day out. I have also been watching what I eat which contributes to my overall health and mood. |

A little better now that the weather is warming up. I'm also eating better, which is helping my energy level. My headaches are less frequent. So the movement and eating right are helping my depression, anxiety, and all around health. I am losing weight and feel lighter on my feet as time goes on. |

Still trying to find ways to become more physically active. Walking is low impact and keeps me going, but I want to crave the activity. Doing what I can to get there. |
