What's interesting about yesterday is that I failed 6am-6pm but succeeded in DailyDetox. I hardly EVER succeed in DailyDetox due to the requirement not to swallow caffeine prior to 12pm. I don't have too much of a problem with no calories prior to 12pm. How & why did I succeed in DailyDetox yesterday? Largely DeepFocus at Morisset (no environmental triggers or habits. I also had 4x caffeine the day prior so I was still feeing nauseated from that so I REALLY felt the need to detox caffeine out of my system prior to breaking my fast. |
