In addition: Try to run the 90/90/1 formula when not working- daily post or email, and when possible the night schedule (every night other than when I have work calls, or MDA). try to schedule work calls for Sundays so it doesn't interfere?

I am marking ot as yes, though it was really chetzi koach. I did get up and read for around 20 minutes butbivknew I had to go back to sleep because I have to drive today and went to sleep late. If I had to go to sleepnlate, this would be a fine excuse, but what bothers me is that I should have simply gone to sleep earlier. On the other hand, sometimes I just feel i need to veg... |

| Oops, I must not have reset my alarm. There is no way not to hear it. Both way I could have turned it off and not remembered, and I went to sleep so.late I didn't wake up on my own until later | |

It took me until day 9 to win one, but B''H finally got one in :) Tomorrow might be a challenge as I am not home, but we'll see BS''D... |

| Not giving up! I owe this to myself! I deserve an hour of quiet to myself with absolutely no distractions. To work in myself, and no matter what to give myself my best shot at leading my best life! There is no other hour. There is no better time. I am convinced of it! Why should I let myself deny myself this gift of a lifetime literally? ?? Not easy. Not yet successful. Not giving up! I set a new alarm today for tomorrow and hopefully now on so BS''D hope not to miss it other than extenuating circumstances. Here's hoping :) | |
