Unless there is a very good reason: 9:45 in bed so that 10 can be trying to sleep. This is so that I can continue my 5 AM 20/20/20. If a very good reason but still get up at 5, accepted, if no reason OR don't get up at 5- failed! Try to also add the second wind workout. And no phone after other than work calls/MDA...
This will probably.be my.main next goal followed by adding the 90/90/1. In bed by 9:45+lights out by 10 (this is the main thing along with getting up at 5 if successful or not) an

I actually. Decided to go back to sleep but couldnt fall back asleep so after a while got up and started the day. Did some thinking and writing. .. | |
