| Got my steps in for the week last week. Walked with a tiny bit of jogging this morning. Thinking of going on the treadmill before lunch to use the massage machine at the gym and finish my steps for the day. | |

| Did run/walk intervals Monday and did 5k in 53 minutes. I have a meeting tonight after work, so I am going to do my steady speed treadmill this morning. | |

| My tentative schedule for the week: Run/walk 5k Monday, Gentle walk in am Tuesday, Run/walk 5k Wednesday, Gentle walk in am Thursday and treadmill at steady speed Thursday PM, Run/walk 5k Friday, and then go to the gym Saturday and Sunday and decide what to do on those days. Maybe a long walk day on one and weights the other? We will see. | |
