Stickk Goal Overview:
Goal: To lose weight from 17.7 Stone to 16 Stone and attend the gym 5 days a week (3 days to begin)
Timeframe: 6 weeks.
Accountability Partner: Shivika will monitor and provide daily updates.


Starting from the upcoming Monday, you commit to attending the gym for a minimum of 3 days per week (on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Each gym session should last exactly 1 hour to engage in physical exercise that supports your weight loss goals.
Your ultimate objective is to attend the gym consistently for 5 days a week by the end of the 6-week period.
Financial Penalty:

If you fail to attend the gym on any of the designated days, you'll impose a financial penalty of £100 for each missed session.
In addition, if you do not lose at least 1 stone (14 pounds) within the 8-week timeframe, you'll impose a further financial penalty of £800.
The penalties will be paid if you do not meet the respective criteria and will serve as an added motivation to stay committed to your goal.

Weekly scale weigh-ins will be conducted to track your weight loss progress.
The weigh-ins should take place on the same day each week, preferably at the beginning or end of the week.
Shivika will oversee the weigh-ins and record your progress.
Photographic Proof:

To ensure accountability and adherence to attending the gym, you will provide photographic proof of your gym attendance.
Before starting each gym session, you will take a photo showing yourself at the gym premises, indicating the date and time.
Additionally, at the end of each session, you will take another photo to confirm the completion of the 1-hour workout.
These photographic proofs will serve as evidence of your gym attendance and commitment.
Role of Shivika:

Shivika will serve as your accountability partner throughout this process.
She will monitor your gym attendance, ensuring that you fulfill the minimum requirement of 3 days per week.
Shivika will oversee the weekly weigh-ins, recording your weight loss progress.
She will also review the photographic proofs to verify your gym attendance.
It's crucial to maintain open communication with Shivika and provide any necessary information or updates to facilitate effective accountability.
