Thanks Harshita! ✅ yesterday’s 7pm-8pm yin yoga Taking the 🚴 instead of 🚶♀️ REALLY helped! It was still painful no doubt about that but the pain was a little more manageable and that’s a realistic goal , not an absence of pain but manageable |

It took me 1 hour & 8 minutes to walk a total of 50 metres last night ( home- elevate - home ) Unfortunately no energy left to ✅ a yoga class |
