| I would like to be able to play volleyball, badminton, and softball, as well as ride my bike and swim lanes comfortably without running out of breath. This also means qutting smoking starting now with the help of the patch. | |

| My plan is to join Planet Fitness on Monday Sept 18, 2023 and attend PT sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On my off days, I will jog for 2 minutes and walk 10k steps at the track up the street from me at 8am; gradually building up to 5 minute jogs. | |
