10 mins on Raising my Vibration. This can be journalling, dancing, running, meditation, affirmations, gratitude, family memories. On Monday - Friday: 10 Service Connections. They can be Bday invites, Follow Ups or New Reach Outs. On Saturday: 30 mins of work on content, website, resources, other background stuff. On Sunday: 30 mins of prayer or meditation about serving in my business.
