Reallt good actually. I did twice weight lifting. Reduced 50 purcent to avoid soar.

I went to daily walks. Was very nice. Changed sometimes routes to change a little bit. Also went a few times to Crillon chabad. That was defo off the road. In the park. Its like 3K steps for 30 minutes brisk walk.

Also did boxing twice this week. Boxing bag. need to check if it covers my core exercise or i need to add them to my gym sessions or daily activites.

Got back to the gym after a pause in august and september. Good stuff. In jyly i was doing swauts of around 125kg. Deadlift around 115KG. Barebell row 80. Bench press around 65.

Now i started with 60 squats. OVERHEAD PRESS 20. DEADLIFT 60. BENCH 30. BARBELL 45.

Did a visbody scan. on 29sept. 20H. friday basically. says i need to lose about 10k. and 8.8 body fat.
